The Historic Magnolia Ballroom has hosted over 100 years of Houston memories. From wedding ceremonies on their beautiful covered balcony overlooking Buffalo Bayou Park, to receptions and parties in the Grand Ballroom – whatever the occasion, you are invited to create more wonderful Houston history with the Magnolia Ballroom.
Included in your rental with this beautiful venue you will receive the following services:
- Space for up to 225 guests for a cocktail style reception, and up to 180 guests seated throughout the venue for a seated reception.
- Use of the facility for up to 9 hours, including 4 hours for set up, 1 hour for the breakdown, and up to 5 hours for event execution.
- Access to not only the Magnolia Ballroom and Bayou Balcony but the Gallery Room and Private Dressing room for your entire event.
- Use of the venue’s gold Chiavari chairs with brown cushions, as well as their 60-inch rounds, bar high tables, and service tables of various sizes.
In addition to the Ballroom and Balcony rentals, couples will receive their own personal Venue Coordinator to ensure that their special day is seamless. For weddings, Day of Coordination is available to assist with all the special details of your wedding day. A member of their event team will be scheduled during your event to assist with any event needs you may have! The Magnolia Ballroom is located in Downtown Houston. Street parking, as well as garage rentals and valet options, are available, so please be sure to inquire about each of those options to determine what works best for you and your guests!
